Christine M. Trowbridge is an associate at OCM who joined the firm in 2006. Prior to coming to OCM, she was an associate in the Litigation Department of WilmerHale. Ms Trowbridge graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Law in 2000, where she served as Articles Editor of the Boston University Law Review.

Practice

Ms. Trowbridge concentrates her practice on a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court, including closely-held corporation disputes, partnership disputes, large-scale commercial real estate disputes, employment disputes, and other business disputes. Ms. Trowbridge has also represented public companies and their officers and directors in federal securities litigation and enforcement matters, including securities fraud class actions, derivative litigation, and SEC investigations, and has conducted internal investigations in connection with same.

  • Successful appeal to the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts of an attorney's fee award based upon prior counsel's representation
