• Prosecuted claim to reform trust and defended claims by beneficiary against Trustees and co-beneficiaries in connection with constellation of trusts with over $20 million in assets
• Represented trust beneficiaries and settlor in dispute over trust assets worth approximately $2.5 million
• Represented trust beneficiary in dispute with trustees, co-beneficiaries and other claimants over trust assets totaling over $25 million
